We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented luxury Leasing Consultant to join The Q in Playa Del Rey. Your exceptional communication and sales skills will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and exceptional leasing experience. Leasing:

• Respond promptly to inquiries and scheduled property visits.
• Conduct property tours and provide information about the community and amenities.
• Be product specialist and brand promoter.
• Be passionate about nurturing prospects and follow up.
• Lease apartments in accordance with policies and procedures.

Tenant Screening and Application Process:

• Screen and verify applicants in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Explain lease terms and policies to prospective tenants.
• Follow up with applicants to expedite applications and ensure seamless experience.
• Coordinate move-in preparations with community management.

Customer Service and Relationship Management:

• Provide exceptional customer service and address concerns.
• Foster relationships and nurture leads, and be proactive in retention efforts.
• Uphold the community's luxury standards.

LEASING CONSULTANT POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• At least 5 years of experience in high-end sales and customer service in property management or similar industry with a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated success with setting and achieving goals.
• The leasing consultant must have exceptional customer service skills with the ability to go the extra mile and create a 5-star experience for future and current residents.
• Strong organizational, presentation and communication skills, with high professionalism
• The leasing consultant must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft office,
• Preferred Yardi and Yardi CRM knowledge
• Proactive problem solver with the ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Time-management and problem-solving skills are essential
• Maintain a professional appearance and friendly attitude toward residents and community staff
• Must display excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Attention to detail and quality
• Have experience working with a diverse group of individuals
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school or GED required
• Stand, sit or walk for an extended period
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $22.50 per hour
